During summer months in Bangladesh you have an abundance of fruits. In fact there are quite a few which go unnoticed due to overwhelming presence of such kingpins as Mangoes and Lichees. Fruit salad is a very easy and refreshing way to leverage this nature's bounty. A simple fruit salad is refreshing, fresh and can be dressed up to look pretty on any dinner/lunch/brunch table. This one is very easy to make and you can use infinite mix of fruit to suite what is in season. The one I am sharing uses fruits that you can get almost all year round. Feel free to experiment with different fruits. If you plan to add bananas, peel, cut and add them just before serving. Make sure you toss the salad so that the juice and mint also coats the banana slices.
